Revolutionary in his thinking, he was the first to import the High Pressure Washing Machine from WOMA of Germany in 1971.
In keeping with our traditions, the company is still the first in many ways. In 2003, Western India Marine Corporation was once again the first company in India, to deploy the Ultra High Pressure Hydro Blasting System. Thus revolutionising the manner inwhich decontamination and paint removal was done.
Due to its non sparking nature this process ensures that there is no plant shut down nor any risk of fire hazard, and it allows multiple tasks to be carried out at the same time.
Over 48 years, the company has grown in stature, standing tall on the foundation laid by Mr. Dady Shroff. Today, Western India Marine Corporation is the country's leading specialist in surface preparation in industries as diverse as shipping, off shore, petrochemicals, food processing & beverages.
